Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Publishers Payment Processing. You may cancel and refund your order within 7 days of date of order - with no questions asked! No Refunds or Reimbursements of monies paid toward subscriptions where three or more issues have already been delivered, however.

Refund Process

Please call customer service or email your proof of purchase. To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail with the following information to customerservice@publisherspayment.com

For each purchase from the Publishers Payment website you should send:

* Purchaser name, address and telephone #
* Recipient name, address and telephone # (if different from purchaser)
* Customer Number, Order Number, or Reference Number from mail offer
* Magazine Subscription (title) ordered & number of issues ordered
* Date of Purchase
* Price paid or (if full payment wasn't applied) payment amount.

The date of purchase must be within the last 7 days. E-mail this information to customerservice@publisherspayment.com to be processed.

Policy Changes

Publishers Payment Processing reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is always made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
